Clean & tidy hotel which i used quite a bit for working in London,close to the train station & shops in Crystal Palace.It does suffer with some bad smells from time to time.

Rooms were very clean. Rooms on the bottom floor too dark and feels like your in a dungeon. Staff changed rooms for us. Beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on! They need to change them. Front staff could be a bit more friendlier.
